Lille is a vibrant yet cultural city with plenty to offer our coach passengers from museums exploring the artistic side of this beautiful location such as the Hospice Comtesse Musuem, Metropole Museum of Modern, Contemporary & Outsider Arts and the most famous, Palais des Beaux – Arts de Lille coupled with fantastic shopping opportunities for all visitors.
This cultural hub and bustling university town was once an important operator of the French Flanders with many of the Flemish influences remaining, from its varied cuisines and architecture.
Vibrant Lille
The Column of the Goddess is a largely recognised monument situated in the centre of the Grand’ Place in Lille, which is a great place to start exploring this charming town along its stunning cobbles.
The town boasts brilliant variations for shopping from high-street internationally recognised designer brands to its gorgeous boutiques full of local artisans selling their beautiful yet quirky home wares. Lille also takes pride in it’s fantastic range of Flemish influenced dining options with brassieres, gastronomic restaurants and tea-rooms all waiting to be discovered on our coach breaks – you’ll be spoilt for choice!
